1st - Existing Players (YR 3-12) OPEN - PRIORITY REGISTRATION for Year 3-12 players registered with SMJFC last season.

FEBRUARY

1st - New Players (YR 3-12) OPEN and existing players who miss priority registration period, registrations will open from if there is availability.

KIDSPORT

Do you have a Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card for your child? KidSport helps eligible children aged 5-18 years with a concession card to cover the cost of club fees or swimming lessons. With vouchers increasing to $500 per eligible child per financial year there's no better time to follow the simple steps to apply!

STEP 1 - APPLY for Kidsport BEFORE REGISTRATION

Please follow these steps to apply for Kidsport Funding:

Apply online: https://www.dlgsc.wa.gov.au/funding/sport-and-recreation-funding/kidsport
Select
"South Mandurah JUNIOR Football Club"
NOT
"South Mandurah Football Club (SENIOR CLUB)"
from the drop-down menu when submitting application.
Select Fees and any mandatory uniform you want included in the Voucher.
Once you have your Kidsport Voucher code you should then click on the relevant registration link Below.

4 - PRODUCTS - DO NOT select KIDSPORT shorts or socks in the PRODUCT section. You should have selected them at the FEE section. Scroll to the bottom and click continue.(Simply Email your SIZE and STYLE to merchandise@smjfc.com.au after registration).

5 - Continue Registration as directed on PlayHQ

6 - PAYMENT & SUMMARY -

SELECT 'Kidsport'
Enter your 'Kidsport Voucher Number' where it says 'Voucher Code' Under Kidsport
If your voucher amount includes cents eg $216.50 enter the next whole dollar amount eg. $217. The system will not accept cents. Click 'Apply' and the system will recalculate the correct amount immediately. Your Service Fee should be removed unless you selected extra 'Products' and additional payments are required.

7 - Complete Registration

8 - If Your Kidsport Voucher Included SHORTS and/or SOCKS please Email merchandise@smjfc.com.au with the size and style you require. Socks (Long or Crew with Size) Shorts (Unisex or Female Cut with Sizes) Visit the SMJFC ONLINE Shop to view the Styles and sizes before emailing.

STEP 2- Registering with a Kidsport Voucher

Make sure you have your voucher code from Kidsport before continuing

1 - Select the correct registration link for Auskick (PP-YR2) or Junior/Youth Football BELOW.

2 - Continue Registration as directed on PlayHQ

3 - FEES page select the option that matches what was selected in your Kidsport Voucher Application (Player Fee only, Kidsport + socks & Shorts, Kidsport + shorts, Kidsport + socks).

If the message 'restrictions apply to this age group' appears on PlayHQ next to your child's age group, this indicates that a wait list applies. Please email the relevant registrar BELOW to add your child to the wait list.
Please register your child for the correct school year for the next season.

TRANSFERS

A player can lodge a request to transfer from one club to another beginning 1st February to 30th June (transfers open & close at midnight AEST) via PlayHQ. ALL TRANSFERRING PLAYERS MUST EMAIL the relevant registrar (click ENQUIRIES) to start the transfer process.

The South Mandurah JFC strives to provide fun, friendship, participation and skill development for each and every member. Our club is run entirely by volunteers from our Committee, to our Coaches & Team Managers as well as our volunteers assisting with Game Day duties like Goal Umpiring, scoring and more.
